Marlene is responsible for the structure behind the mission. As CFO she ensures every decision supports both growth and impact. From pricing to sustainability, every dollar is handled with intention—keeping the business strong while honoring the commitment to give back.
She provides transparency, discipline, and a long-term vision on the financial side of Her Garden Co.
Jasmine's role brings the heart of Her Garden Co. to life. Through real stories, honest conversations, and practical guidance, she manages content women can relate to.

From identifying trusted organizations and local initiatives, to coordinating outreach with shelters, schools, and community programs, Rumiah helps extend the mission beyond the digital space.
She works to make sure that every contribution has a meaningful place to go—supporting women where they are, in ways that are practical and needed.
